Click and Collect Terms & Conditions

1. Click and Collect is only available at Francfranc online store in Hong Kong and online at hk.francfranc.net.

2. Once click & collect is selected, cannot change to home delivery.

3. Items placed in the order are only available to pick up at the pre-selected store upon checkout.

4. Gift Wrapping (if selected): According to the products you have purchased, we will choose the most appropriate wrapping methods depending on their size & volume, either gift box or a gift bag.

5. If orders not picked up within 3 business days, a storage fee of $100/order will be charged. If orders not picked up within 1 month, we would consider you have given up picking up your order, Francfranc E-Shop will have the discretion to handle the order.
