Furniture Items - Definition

• Furniture items includes large bulk furniture items ( Sofa/TV Shelf/TV Board/TV Side Board), small regular furniture items (Chair, Floor chair, Hammock, stool, stand mirror..etc) and Rug.  

Delivery Charge

Staircase Fee / Assembly Charge / Old furniture dumping

• Staircase fee $80/Floor (VIP 50% Off) - You can select it in shopping cart page
• Assembly charge - $300 (VIP 50% Off) - You can select it in shopping cart page
• Dumping - $350 (+Dumping T&C) (VIP 50% Off) - Please contact customer service
• Sofa is free from assembly charge

Delivery Area

• We do make home / business address deliveries to Hong Kong, Kowloon, major New Territories areas, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. 

Delivery date & time

• Your order will be normally delivered to you in 7 to 11 business days, subject to change due to demands. Once the order had been placed & confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery date and time within 1-2 business day (through whatsapp). If you are not available on arranged delivery date and time, please kindly contact us.

Storage Fee

• Under our company’s free furniture warehouse storage, we offer complimentary furniture warehouse storage service for up to 30 days once customer confirmed the order. Additional fee will be charged to the customer for over the designated complimentary period of delivery.
  
  - Within 3 months: $500 per piece per month
  - 4 - 6 months: $2,000 per piece per month

Delivery Acceptance

• Customer is required to check the product quantity and condition after delivery company unpacks all the packaging. If customer rejects to unpack your purchased items, we reserve the right not to accept any claims on product damage, defects and quantity variance thereafter. Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items.

Assembly service

• Our assembly service does not include any wall mounting or renovation works. Ad hoc assembling service will not be provided if customer did not request when placing order. Should customer decided to have such service after arrival, customer should visit our shop and settle the related charges, and such service will be arranged on another agreed date.

Delivery Courier

• We use SF express to deliver homeware / accessories parcel.

Delivery Area

• We do make Home / Business address deliveries to Hong Kong, Kowloon, major New Territories areas, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. For Hong Kong other remote island and Macau, delivery lead time might take longer subject to courier final confirmation

Delivery date & time

• Your parcel will be arrived within 3-7 business days. 

Order Tracking

• You will receive an email from us for the tracking number, once the order had been confirmed.
