New Membership Program FAQ

Q1. What is the launch date of new Francfranc membership program?

The new Francfranc membership program will be launched on 25 March 2024. The new program simplifies membership levels and enhances member benefits. From that date onwards, all members of the Francfranc FUN! APP will automatically become members of the new Francfranc membership program without the need for additional applications. At that time, members only need to provide the phone number used during registration on the Francfranc FUN! APP for verification by the staff, in order to enjoy the exclusive benefits under the new program.

Q2. What are the membership levels of the new Francfranc membership program?

The new Francfranc membership program consists of two membership levels: Standard Member and VIP Member.

Q3. How does the new Francfranc membership program differentiate between Standard Members and VIP Members?

For members of the Francfranc FUN! APP, all members with Crystal FUN! level will become Standard Members of the new membership program, while members with Pearl FUN!, Ruby FUN!, and Diamond FUN! levels will become VIP Members.

For new members, there is no registration threshold for Standard Membership. They only need to provide basic information to complete the registration. If a customer makes a single purchase of $5,000 or more in physical stores or online shop, they can become VIP Members and enjoy more exclusive benefits.

Q4. What member benefits does the new Francfranc membership program offer?

Standard Members can enjoy member-exclusive prices, participate in member-exclusive events, receive member-exclusive coupons periodically, and receive the latest promotion. VIP Members, in addition to enjoying the benefits of Standard Members, can also enjoy a 50% discount on in-store service and delivery service charges throughout the year, receive VIP member-exclusive coupons periodically as well as have priority participation in member-exclusive events.

Q5. What is the validity period of the new Francfranc membership program?

New Francfranc membership program is valid permanently. Standard Members only need to make a single purchase of $5,000 or more at physical stores or online shop to upgrade to VIP membership and enjoy more exclusive privileges.

Q6. Will Pearl FUN!, Ruby FUN!, and Diamond FUN! level members of the Francfranc FUN! APP still enjoy shopping discounts and birthday offers in the new membership program?

All Pearl FUN!, Ruby FUN!, and Diamond FUN! level members of the Francfranc FUN! APP will automatically become VIP members of the new membership program starting from 25 March 2024. The new membership program no longer offers shopping discounts and birthday offers, but instead provides other exclusive benefits, including member-exclusive prices, 50% discount on in-store services and delivery services throughout the year, priority participation in member-exclusive events, periodic VIP member-exclusive coupons, and the latest promotion.

Q7. How will the new Francfranc membership program notify members of exclusive offers?

The new Francfranc membership program will primarily send exclusive offer notifications to members through email.

Q8. How can I join the new Francfranc membership program?

New members simply provide basic personal information, including name, phone number and email address, when registering on iPad/Google Form to complete the registration process.

Q9. Can non-residents of Hong Kong join the new Francfranc membership program?

Yes, they can.

Q10. Will the new Francfranc membership program provide physical membership card?

The new membership program does not provide physical membership cards. Instead, members only need to provide the phone number used during registration for verification by the staff, and they can enjoy exclusive benefits under the new program.
